Beginning with a primal model we manufacture plastic prototypes by vacuum casting procedure.
Prototypes or limited-lot series up to approx. 30 pcs can be manufactured quickly, cost-saving and with high reproduction accuracy by this procedure. For large quantities we use repeated forms.
The used polyurethanes provide prototypes with mechanical, thermal and optical characteristics, which are very similar to the later plastic injection moulding parts.
